It's all about portions of course most portions are very small. So the trick for that is use a smaller plate!

Diet and nutrition
Hi everyone my name is Deb and I am 45 years old just now learning about diet and nutrition. I guess its never to late. Nutrition classes and exercise have been really great for me, only into 3 weeks but can already notice a difference with how I feel.
